{"id":3524,"date":"2010-06-19T17:19:14","date_gmt":"2010-06-19T23:19:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/paige.ericksonfamily.com\/?p=3524"},"modified":"2010-06-22T00:23:25","modified_gmt":"2010-06-22T06:23:25","slug":"i-love-you-man","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paige.ericksonfamily.com\/?p=3524","title":{"rendered":"I love you, Man!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oh, how I love my man.  <\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-01-30\/img_9488.sized.jpg\" height=400 width=300\"alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Whenever he goes on a trip, especially trade shows&#8211;those are the best&#8211;he knows to bring home as much &#8220;swag&#8221; as possible.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-01-30\/img_9499.sized.jpg\"height=400 width=300\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He enjoys going out.  If I win tickets to some free show, he&#8217;s usually willing to come along.  I say USUALLY, because musicals aren&#8217;t his favorite, and sometimes I do have to coerce him into going to a musical.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-01-30\/img_9566.sized.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;ll play silly games for Family Home Evening!<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-01-30\/img_9592.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>  <img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-01-30\/img_9596.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>  <img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-01-30\/img_9597.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>  <img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-01-30\/img_9598.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He really loves me!  Which I find seriously nice.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-03-20\/img_9830.sized.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He knows his way around a hammer.  When he has time, he&#8217;s going to finish that basement.  And I like how he involves the kids in the construction projects.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-03-20\/img_9929.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>  <img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-03-20\/img_9931.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s not too cool to pose with stuffed animals.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-Phoenix-Day2\/IMG_0265.sized.jpg\" height=400 width=300 alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He loves babies.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-05-06\/img_0965.sized.jpg\" height=300 width=400 alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He works at a job he loves, and brings home some cool gadgets.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-05-29\/IMAG0049.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>  <img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2010-05-29\/IMAG0056.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When I decided I wanted to audition for a play, he was supportive.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net\/photos-ak-sf2p\/v309\/181\/39\/518691346\/n518691346_1119038_8408.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-ak-snc1\/hs203.snc1\/7027_1180618128489_1619269935_492061_2631469_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Or when I&#8217;m gone for many hours preparing for a concert or at Christmastime with the Bells on Temple Square, he&#8217;s supportive.  In fact, he&#8217;s come to every single one of my concerts (except this last one, because I told him he should go to Father&#8217;s and Sons instead).  <\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2009-11-23-SanDiego\/Picture_012.sized.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/paige.ericksonfamily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/bells-memorial-day-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/paige.ericksonfamily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/bells-memorial-day-2-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"bells memorial day 2\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/paige.ericksonfamily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/bells-memorial-day-2-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/paige.ericksonfamily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/bells-memorial-day-2.jpg 399w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>He is a worthy priesthood holder.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2009-03-01\/img_4279.sized.jpg\" height=400 width=300\"alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When necessary, he will dress up in costume.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2009-09-18\/img_7328.sized.jpg\"height=400 width=300\"\n alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s secure enough to accept my tiny little crush on Donny.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.ericksonfamily.com\/albums\/2009-11-21-SanDiego\/Picture_137.thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So, this Father&#8217;s day, I send a big shout out to my man.
