As you may remember, Jenna has been in a cast for 4 weeks now, and last time we went in to the doctor, he said she should start putting some weight on her leg.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 You know, just kind of limping or walking with help so she can get started with the whole walking thing.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 So, yesterday I was asking her to try to stand on both feet and just see if she could do it without it hurting.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Well, the next thing you know, she’s walking around.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 I put the little cast shoe on her, and she was WALKING–BY HERSELF through the house!\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Then I had to tell her to sit down and stop walking so much until we get the ok from the doc.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 I took her to school today, and even though she can walk, let her have the wheelchair.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 She has a dr’s apt tomorrow, and we’ll see what the x-ray looks like.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Even though she says it doesn’t hurt to walk, by bedtime she was tired and I think her leg ached from all that unexpected exercise.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 I’m just so shocked that she can just up and walk like that after having not walked for over a month.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Little kids are such quick healers!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
