Well, I&#8217;ve got one for you.  I stole this recipe from my friend Amber, who made it for book club a few years back, and she got it from <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Maple-Pumpkin-Cheesecake\/Detail.aspx\">Allrecipes.com and Eagle brand<\/a>.  But since then I&#8217;ve made this ONCE a year for Thanksgiving.  I can&#8217;t make it more often than that, or I would eat it all myself, and that would be a bad thing.  So, if you enjoy pumpkin and you enjoy cheesecake, this is the one for you. Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake  <a id=\"ctl00_CenterColumnPlaceHolder_lnkPhoto\" style=\"border-width: 0px; height: 140px; width: 140px\" href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Maple-Pumpkin-Cheesecake\/Photo-Gallery.aspx\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"232\" height=\"232\" id=\"ctl00_CenterColumnPlaceHolder_imgPhoto\" style=\"border-width: 0px\" src=\"http:\/\/images.allrecipes.com\/global\/recipes\/small\/66310.jpg\" \/><\/a><!-- INGREDIENTS -->INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/4 cups graham cracker crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup butter or margarine, melted<\/li>\n<li>3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00ae Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)<\/li>\n<li>1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Maple Pecan Glaze:<\/li>\n<li>1 cup whipping cream<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup pure maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped pecans<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>whipped cream (optional)<\/li>\n<li>pecan halves (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"first\">\n<li><a id=\"ctl00_CenterColumnPlaceHolder_RecipeToolsControl_lnkCreateMenu\" href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/My\/Shared\/Meals\/EditMeal.aspx\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>DIRECTIONS<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 325 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.<\/li>\n<li>With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in EAGLE BRAND\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00ae until smooth. Add pumpkin, eggs, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 1 1\/4 hours or until center appears nearly set when shaken. Cool 1 hour. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.<\/li>\n<li>To serve, spoon some Maple Pecan Sauce over cheesecake. Garnish with whipped cream and pecans (optional). Pass remaining sauce. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>Maple Pecan Glaze: In medium-sized saucepan, combine 1 cup (1\/2 pint) whipping cream and 3\/4 cup pure maple syrup; bring to a boil. Boil rapidly 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened; stir occasionally. Stir in 1\/2 cup chopped pecans. Cover and chill until served.
