John says to me, “Mom, do you know how to write an A?”
“Yes, I do,” I said.
“No, you don’t. Because I haven’t shown you. Now watch and learn,” he said, and proceeded to show me how to write an A.
Apparantly those 16+ years of schooling I went through don’t hold a candle to his preschool education

Ahhh, yes. The stage when their teachers become the only people who know anything and you are demoted to simply “the woman who serves me breakfast”. gotta love it.
LOL! I once had a piano student that would say before starting every song, “Watch and learn…” yeah, that’s why your mom is paying me $30 an hour, so I can learn from you! Har har.
