My daughter probably wouldn’t like this. Mostly because she says this song is on ALL THE TIME. But I like this song, even if it is overplayed on the radio right now. But THIS version is Amazing.

I’m not really “up” on the modern music. Me and my NPR, you know. And Pandora with the “Modern Folk” channel. But I do LOVE those two songs and that arrangement is fantastic. I like how generous Jon Schmidt is with students — my two oldest kids have been to workshops with him, and he also performs gratis for school reward assemblies. AND you can buy his music and try to play it yourself. I think he’s a good guy, as far as I can tell.
Wow, neat arrangement! I actually like both those songs, despite them being overplayed. Something about the musical quality just lends itself to being happy.
