I just bought 10 pounds of cheese. Is that excessive?

Keep in mind that I have 5 children who love cheese, 2 of them teenagers. And it was ON SALE for $3.99 for the two pound block.
But I still have to find a spot for it all in the fridge.

Tilamook cheese can be kept on the storage shelf for at least 6 months. So you don’t have to put it all in the fridge. I’ve had some on my shelf for several months already. Of course, once you open it, you have to store it in the fridge. $3.99 is an excellent buy. Where did you get it???
You could always shred some of it and freeze it. I would think with the kids out of school, they could eat a block a week of cheese sandwiches, or quesadillas, or cheese sticks. Cheese is the perfect snack.
I can’t pass up a W&G reference. “Not even Wendsleydale?”
