I love that I have a daughter who loves to bake.
So when our garden gives us an abundance of weird looking carrots
and I have a craving for carrot cookies
I can just print out a recipe and ask her if she would make cookies for us.
Now I just have to wait until they are done cooking and have that orange glaze.
